HOW TO BOOK A COOKING PARTY: 

Hosting a party is very simple:
STEP ONE – Pick a menu here.
STEP TWO – Find an available date on the calendar (below), and submit your reservation and your deposit online (also below).
STEP THREE – Invite the people you want to share the experience with.
STEP FOUR – Relax: we’ve got it from here!


READY TO BOOK YOUR PARTY? 
Use this form to place a reservation request providing all the details. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, or an alternative date will be offered.

Please consider the availability calendar only as a reference for your planning: reservations still need to be submitted as a request, and will be reconfirmed by email.

A Deposit of $50.00 ($100.00 for groups of 15 participants and up) is required upon confirmation and is non-refundable. 

Deposit can be paid by PayPal using the button at the bottom of this form. If preferred, check or cash can be used (send to CUCINAMORE, LLC – 608 Newington PL NE – Leesburg VA, 20176).

Invoice for the balance will be sent one week before the party, with the final recap. A link for payment by e-check or credit card will be included. If preferred, payment by paper check or cash can be provided on the day of the party (please collect individual payments from your guests, if the case)

Cancellation policy: 

Rescheduling (subject to availability) and cancellations are allowed at no fee, when requested at least 7 days before the originally booked date. 

If the event is canceled or rescheduled within 7 days of the party date, a forfeit amount of $100.00 cancellation fee applies to parties up to 14 participants.  Cancellation fee for parties for 15 participants and up will be 20% of the total.

If any of the participants cancels within 72 hours of the event, a 50% cancellation fee of their quote will be charged. Minimum event fee (6 adult quotes) always applies

***Rescheduling a party might sometimes be necessary in case of extreme weather, health issues or any other unfavorable conditions. Should the situation present itself, we will decide this together, according to local general alerts, weather forecast, and common sense, to keep it safe for all involved.
