Our Party Formula

Our experiences are designed for small groups who want to share something truly special and memorable. Unless otherwise specified, the options on this page are best suited for parties of up to 15 guests.
For gatherings of up to 25 people, we are happy to work with you to select the right menu.

Treviso, Italy inspired/Loudoun, VA made

Unlike traditional catering, all your food is prepared and cooked on site — exclusively for you, and right before your eyes. Each course is served as soon as it’s ready, so please expect a bit of waiting time between dishes as part of the evening’s rhythm.

We proudly use organic and locally sourced ingredients, many of which come from our favorite area farmers and small food businesses.

Pricing is per person, with a minimum charge equal to 6 guests. An exception applies to our special offer for couples, available Monday through Thursday (see bottom of page for details).

Wine Pairings with an Italian Touch

While we do not provide beverages for our events, we’re happy to help you choose the perfect wine pairings if you’re interested.

We warmly invite you to visit our friend Giacomo at GVino Enoteca in Leesburg. Like our chef, Giacomo is an Italian expat who shares our passion for authentic flavors. With his deep expertise in Italian wines and a beautifully curated, boutique-style wine shop and amazing wine bar, he can help you find reasonably priced, true Italian gems to complement your special meal.

Under each menu on this page, you’ll now find a suggested wine pairing labeled “What Giacomo Would Drink” — a personal recommendation from Giacomo himself. Visit his store or website for more options.

Want to take your experience to the next level? Ask about having a sommelier join your party! GVino Enoteca offers this service for an additional fee plus the cost of wine. (Weekday events only. Available in Loudoun County.)

A Few Notes Before You Choose

Menu selections are intended to apply to the entire group.

Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options are available upon request. We’re happy to make small adjustments to accommodate individual dietary needs or preferences whenever possible. However, please note that in cases where accidental cross-contamination could pose a serious health risk, the same dietary restrictions must apply to the entire group.

The photos below are intended to give you an idea of what the finished dishes may look like. As each event is unique, presentation may vary slightly from one party to another.

We occasionally update our offerings based on the season and creative inspiration — so be sure to check back now and then to see what’s new!

MENU OPTIONS

All dinners include artisanal bread served with our signature homemade herbed oil.

Unless otherwise noted, our pasta entrées feature premium, store-bought pasta. The exception is our “Tribute to Traditional Homemade Pasta” option, where we prepare the pasta from scratch — just like in the old days.

Have something specific in mind? We’re happy to discuss substitutions — and be sure to check out the “À La Carte” section at the bottom of this page for more ways to personalize your experience.

Appetizer lover? Add a second appetizer to your menu for just $8 per person, or $15 for the Chef’s Tray.
