All your food is prepared and cooked on site, exclusively for you and right before your eyes, unlike what happens when you hire a caterer. For this reason, every course is brought out as soon as ready and there is some waiting time to be expected during the evening.

We proudly use organic and local ingredients. Some of them are sourced from our favorite local farmers and small food businesses.

Our events are priced per person, with a minimum charge equal to 6 participants, with the exception of our couple special offering applicable Monday through Thursday (see bottom of page).

We do not provide drinks for our events, but we can help you choose the right pairing, if interested. We invite you to visit our friend Giacomo at GVino Enoteca in Leesburg. We share with him the same background and passion (he’s an Italian expat, just like our chef) and with his extensive expertise in Italian wines and a small boutique-like fine wine store, Giacomo can guide you in the purchase of very reasonably priced true Italian gems to pair with your special meal!

Menu choice is meant to apply to the entire group.

Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options are available upon request. We are happy to provide small adjustments to our dishes, when possible, to meet individual participant’s dietary needs or preferences, but specific restrictions MUST apply to all participants whenever accidental cross contamination can cause serious health consequences to any participant. 

The pictures below are meant to give you an idea of the finished dishes. Results might be different at every party.

We make occasional changes according to the season and our inspirations, so come back and see what's new, every now and then!

MENU OPTIONS

All of our dinners are served with artisanal bread and homemade herbed oil.

Our pasta entrées are made with high-quality store-bought pasta, with the exception of the "TRIBUTE TO TRADITIONAL HOMEMADE PASTA" option, where we make the pasta from scratch as well.

Love appetizers? Add a second one at a charge of $8 per person ($12 for the Chef's Tray)

- Chef’s Tray: Not your usual charcuterie board! A trio of less known Italian Cold Cuts, paired with Cannellini Bean Spread and our Homemade Herbed oil. Served with Artisanal Bread.

- Pasta “allo Scarpariello”: You will hear the story of how this dish gets its name from the “Scarpari”, the old shoemakers in Naples, featuring cherry tomatoes, cheese, and fresh basil.

- Lemon and Sage Pork Tenderloin Cutlets (ask for Chicken, if preferred): Deliciously moist and tender Italian classic.

- “Pollo ai Peperoni e Vino Bianco” : Chicken with bell peppers and white wine: one of the most well-known traditional meat dishes in Roman cuisine. Organic boneless and skinless dark meat is used.

-  Pasta all’Amatriciana: Originating from the town of Amatrice, the Amatriciana is one of the best known dishes in present-day Roman and Italian cuisine. (Contains pork)

It does not matter what day of the week it is: with this menu it’ll always be a happy Sunday, eating at grandma’s house!
